THANE: The Shiv Sena’s (Eknath Shinde faction) youth wing on Tuesday filed an FIR against a rapper in Ambernath of Thane district for allegedly using objectionable and abusive remarks against the ruling Shiv Sena (Shinde) and BJP in the state.
The FIR was filed by Snehal Kamble, a member of the Yuva Sena core committee at Shivaji Nagar police station.
Raj Mungase, is a resident of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar district. The one-minute rap sung by Mungase has gone viral on social media platforms. In the rap, Mungase, without taking names of Shiv Sena and BJP, targeted them by using abusive and objectionable language.
“If anybody has political differences, then he can target the government but the language should not be abusive and objectionable,” Kamble said.
