Vande Bharat sleeper train prototype is expected to be rolled out in the first half of 2024, with BEML and ICF working on the swanky new train that will be better than Rajdhani Express trains on the Indian Railways network. In an extensive interview, BG Mallya, the General Manager at ICF spoke at length about the Vande Bharat sleeper train project, its features, the Vande Metro project and the new push-pull train with upgraded second class coaches that is being rolled out soon.
