New Delhi: Two men allegedly set a resident’s car on fire in southwest Delhi’s Safdarjung Enclave last Wednesday.The 34-year-old man told the police that he left his car near his house in Humayunpur village around 8:15 pm. He discovered it was on fire by 1:30 am, when he made a PCR call. He claimed that CCTV footage showed the two men approaching the car from the Krishna Nagar side around 1:15 am. They stood near the rear window, broke the glass with a stone and reportedly threw something into the car, causing it to burn from the inside.A case was registered under the BNS at Safdarjung Enclave police station.
