KALYAN: The Kalyan Government Railway Police that falls in Maharashtra’s Thane district, on Monday, booked a person under abetment to suicide charges after a 67-year-old man ended his life by jumping before local train near Badlapur.
The deceased, identified as Ravindra Gor, was residing at Bhandup area in Mumbai.
The Kalyan GRP said, on Saturday morning, Gor committed suicide by jumping before train near Badlapur railway station.
The GRP during panchnama had found a suicide note from Gor’s pocket in which he had blamed his ex-boss for removing him from job one year ago putting him into “financial crisis”.
Archna Dusane, senior police inspector of Kalyan GRP, said, “Gor in his suicide note had said that after his ex-boss removed him from service, he fell into financial crisis and was unable to run the family, hence he decided to end his life”.
Dusane further said, “On basis of suicide note, we have registered an offence against deceased’s ex-boss.”
Gor was living with his wife in Bhandup and they did not have their any child.
