Services: Insurance Co Told To Pay Man For ‘deficient Services’ | Thane News



Thane: The Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in Thane has directed an insurance company to pay a man claim amount with interest and additional compensation citing that there was a deficiency in its services. The commission held that the complainant, Diliprao D Mohite, a resident of Wagle Estate, has proved the case against the company Star Health And Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. PTI
