MUMBAI: A retired ACP, Pradeep Temkar, allegedly jumped to his death from his seventh floor flat in a Matunga building on Monday. Police said Temkar (70) had been undergoing psychiatric treatment for some mental health issue. They said he retired in 2014 as ACP in the traffic police department.
