NEW DELHI: A plumber lost his life in West Delhi‘s Narayana area on Monday when an elevator suddenly started moving.
The incident occurred in a multi-story building‘s elevator, which the plumber had entered to clear water that had accumulated inside.
According to police reports, the victim was identified as Sanjay, a resident of Rajeev Camp.
A senior officer explained that while Sanjay was inspecting the area, the elevator unexpectedly began to move, trapping him inside.Local technicians were summoned to open the elevator, and the injured plumber was rushed to the hospital.
