THANE: The Maharashtra government will soon start a daily broadcast to announce its achievements since its inception in July 2022 to counter the criticism from the opposition parties, industries minister Uday Samant said on Monday.
Samant was in Thane late Monday where he addressed the media saying that the government was working on a plan to announce its achievements during its 15-month tenure and compare it with the developmental work in the last 2.5 years regime of the MVA.
“It will be a befitting reply to those who cannot digest the work done by our government,” he said.
The minister also distanced from the comments made by party colleague MLC Manisha Kayande for suggesting Devendra Fadnavis to assume new roles in Delhi.
“The Sena doesn’t subscribe to the observations of Kayande. Whatever Eknath Shinde says is the stand of our party,” he said.
Samant also urged the opposition to stop targeting the government over the recent Nanded hospital tragedy and instead come up with positive suggestions.
