GURGAON: The Gurgaon district administration, on Friday, convened a review meeting withChintels Paradisothe residents and flat owners of Chintels Paradiso society in sector 109.
During the meeting, the administration instructed the developer to accelerate the resolution process.
In the auditorium of the Mini Secretariat, the additional district commissioner (ADC) Hitesh Kumar Meena conducted two distinct sessions, one with representatives from various towers within the society and another with the builders.
During the meeting with residents from D, E, F, G, and H towers, the ADC emphasized the importance of safety for both lives and property within the society.
He informed the attendees that the District Disaster Management Department had issued orders to vacate the unsafe towers, and it was imperative that this directive be promptly followed.
On Monday, deputy commissioner and chairman of the District Disaster Management Authority Nishant Kumar Yadav issued an order for the evacuation of Tower-H within the society.
This decision was based on the findings of a structural audit report conducted by IIT Delhi in July, which had deemed the tower unfit for human habitation.
The ADC also communicated essential guidelines to the builder management regarding the process of settlement and rehabilitation for the society’s residents.
ADC Meena instructed the developer to prioritize and expedite the resolution of maintenance issues faced by the residents.
As of now, 121 flat owners have reached a settlement with the developers.
However, it is crucial to increase this number since a total of 288 buyers are impacted in Tower D, E, F, G, and H, Meena emphasized.
He provided assurance to the residents of towers A, B, C, and J that their concerns would be addressed promptly, and the district administration would continuously support the residents and homebuyers.achieving
