Expect misty mornings in Delhi for next few days | Delhi News



NEW DELHI: There is a chance of mist developing in the morning hours from Wednesday to Friday with the weather expected to remain dry. The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 36-37 degrees Celsius for the next few days.
Kuldeep Srivastava, IMD scientist, said, “The visibility during morning hours due to mist formation is likely to dip to 2,000-1,500 metres.”
The maximum temperature on Tuesday was 35.5 degrees Celsius, one degree above normal. The minimum temperature was 24.4 degrees Celsius, one degree above normal. The relative humidity oscillated between 50% and 92%. Rain is unlikely for the next seven days.
According to Air Quality Early Warning System for Delhi, the forecasting body under Union ministry of earth sciences, the air quality continued to remain in ‘moderate’ category with an Air Quality Index of 152. It is likely to remain in ‘moderate’ category for the next seven days.
